COMING IN 2025
Cornerways Bathampton
A complete remodelling of the existing dwelling on the site will create Cornerways, another stunning new family house by local boutique developers Robert Grace Ltd.
Located on the lower slopes of Bathampton Down, Cornerways will sit in an elevated position with bidirectional views towards the iconic Solsbury Hill and the Lam Brook Valley. The location benefits from an abundance of beautiful country walks and cycleways on its doorstep and also offers easy access to the centre of the World Heritage City of Bath approximately 2 miles to the west.
The new house will provide extensive and versatile accommodation over three levels to include a large kitchen/dining/living space with direct access to the generous gardens, a cavernous living room with vaulted ceiling and a double height glazed wall opening on to a large terrace, five good-sized bedrooms and an office.

Construction will commence on the project in Summer 2024 and is expected to be completed before the end of 2025.
